If the imagination is false, then there is a fool’s gold of light.
I know how to tell the difference, to tell the truth. But the light of imagination is so much more easily contrived-—it doesn’t ask me to overcome my fears.
Why is it that the very idea of overcoming my fears makes me fearful, when it should be freeing, on the assumption that I want to be rid of my fears and the idea of overcoming my fears is I’m the idea of what I want? And sometimes, it is freeing. I feel very certain that there is a very specific read why sometimes they free and sometimes they magnify fear…
